I’m a strategist all the way in my heart - gifted in pinpointing misalignments clearly enough that they stop feeling like accusations and simplifying the details so that they start feeling like a plan. 

I’ve supported hundreds of leaders across entity structures, industries, and stages — focused on growth aligned to a direction, not just for growth's sake. I help them to get honest about what their vision really requires: the big bets, the infrastructure, the alignment it takes to actually move.

Now, that work happens through Unicorn Ranger. My business partner Karl Peterson and I are strategic advisors for leaders who inherited the business but aren’t sure if they want to inherit the playbook. We help them understand what’s worth keeping and what’s just being kept and then we build from that.
