I’m a strategist all the way in my heart - gifted in pinpointing misalignments clearly enough that they don’t feel like accusations and simplifying the details so that they start feeling like a plan.
I’ve supported hundreds of leaders across industries, sectors, and stages — focused on growth aligned to a direction, not just for growth's sake. I help them to get honest about what their vision really requires: the big bets, the infrastructure, the alignment it takes to actually move.
